APPOINTMENTS

Walk-ins are welcome! However, we appreciate your booking in advance so that we can best accommodate you.

For services above $100 we require a credit card on file at the time your reservation to secure your appointment. A 50% credit card deposit is required for services requiring 3+ hours (straightening, etc.).

Our prices and services are subject to change.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

We ask you to give us a 24-hour notice for rescheduling or cancellations.

After 2 same-day cancellations or no shows, we reserve the right to take the credit card on file to charge for the cost of the cancelled services.

PAYMENTS

We accept VISA, MasterCard, cash and personal checks.

There is a $30 service charge on any returned checks.

TIPS

In recognition of the exceptional care received from your stylists and assistants, a 15-20% gratuity is recommended. Gratuities must be paid in the form of cash or a personal check to the stylist.
